POSITION SUMMARY
Will work with Earle Safety Manager to assist in day-to-day activities of the Safety Division to ensure a safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Attend weekly safety meeting
  • Attend weekly scheduling meeting
  • Oversee plant inspections
  • Visit job sites to ensure safety
  • Attend Mechanics monthly safety meeting
  • Oversee DOT truck DVIR spot inspections
  • Attend Foreman's meeting, every other Saturday
  • Attend all incidents that may occur
  • Investigate all incidents and root cause
  • Attend Safety Webinars
  • Data entry - Excel Spreadsheets, prepare safety reports for meetings
  • Complete online safety training
  • Attend Safety Orientation for New Hires
  • Conduct Tool Box Talks with Crews
