Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support a nationwide workforce of over 100 traveling field technicians and a growing operational support organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring personnel remain trained, certified, equipped, and compliant with company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements. The Safety Coordinator will travel to customer and project sites throughout the United States to conduct safety audits, jobsite inspections, hazard assessments, and field observations while supporting safe execution of daily operations. This individual will oversee PPE programs, including inventory management, ordering, distribution, and compliance monitoring, while maintaining certification records, training requirements, onboarding documentation, and workforce readiness. The Safety Coordinator will partner closely with field leadership, technicians, and customers to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Travel to customer sites nationwide to conduct field safety audits, jobsite inspections, hazard assessments, and safety observations, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Support over 100 traveling field technicians by verifying workforce readiness, including required certifications, training, site access requirements, and compliance documentation. Manage PPE programs, including inventory, ordering, distribution, and field compliance audits to ensure technicians remain deployment-ready. Track certifications, training requirements, and compliance records, proactively coordinating onboarding, renewals, and recertification activities. Partner with field leadership, customers, and technicians to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous safety improvement initiatives. Support incident response efforts, including reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action development, and closure verification. Generate compliance reports, audit findings, and safety metrics while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Serve as a key liaison between field teams, customers, and internal leadership to ensure alignment on safety expectations and compliance requirements. Promote a proactive safety culture across geographically dispersed teams through coaching, engagement, and continuous improvement efforts.
