$78,000 a year About the Role BKG Industries is seeking an experienced Safety Consultant with a strong background in oil rigs, pipeline operations/line locating, and industrial environments . This role supports field operations by ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and promoting a culture of safety across multiple job sites. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site safety inspections for oilfield, pipeline, and industrial projects Perform hazard assessments, JSA reviews, and incident investigations Certifications to instruct safety course i.e. Pec Safeland, H2S Ensure compliance with OSHA, client-specific, and company safety standards Maintain and update safety documentation and reporting Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and corrective action guidance Work closely with field crews, supervisors, and clients to resolve safety concerns Travel to various job sites as required Required Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in oil rig safety , pipeline/line locating , and industrial safety Strong working knowledge of ISNetworld (ISN) compliance requirements Familiarity with DISA drug testing program and related protocols Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions Excellent communication and documentation skills Valid driver's license: Company vehicle and fuel card will be given Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments Schedule 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotational schedule Must be available for field travel during on-weeks Compensation $78,000 a year
