Job Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Training Coordinator to support our demolition and remediation team in ensuring all personnel are properly trained and certified. Training is to include how to handle asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in compliance with ADEQ, OSHA and EPA. This role involves delivering training in a classroom setting, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, and asbestos abatement protocols during activities. We will train the right person to be a trainer for this role, and have the training material and presentations already prepared. No subject knowledge is specifically required, however having a general understanding of the industry and processes will be very advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and deliver training courses at our office located in Springdale, AR.

Courses to include:

• New hire induction training
• Ongoing Safety Training
• Asbestos worker and supervisor training
• Additional bespoke training courses Additional job tasks to include:
• Review and update training materials to reflect current regulations and best practices in coordination with the operations team
• Scheduling and coordinating training sessions with the Operations team
• Assist in preparing and maintaining asbestos abatement documentation and compliance records.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Teaching or workplace training facilitation.

Skills:

Strong communication and teaching skills.

Work Environment:

Training will usually be conducted at our offices however some training courses may be hosted at 3rd part locations. Work hours may vary depending on project schedules, could become a full time Role as the program grows.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
