Support the EHS Director in implementing and maintaining company-wide safety programs, procedures, and policies. Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments across operational areas. Assist in incident investigations, participate in root-cause analysis, and help implement corrective and preventive actions. Deliver or support safety training, toolbox talks, orientation programs, and ongoing education for employees and supervisors. Monitor workplace conditions to identify unsafe behaviors, hazards, and improvement opportunities. Maintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance-related records in accordance with OSHA and company requirements. What do you bring? Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety, occupational health, or EHS-related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Bachelor's degree in safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, safe work practices, and hazard control methods. Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, or safety training.
