Role:

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our growing team! Our cleaners play a vital role in providing top-quality cleaning services for residential homes, commercial spaces, and post-construction projects . This role involves commuting to different job sites , so reliability, time management, and professionalism are essential. Each day brings something new — from refreshing homes and offices to helping newly built properties shine for their grand opening.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and organize residential homes, offices, and new construction sites Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure high-quality results Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients Maintain a consistent schedule and arrive on time for each assigned job Report supply needs, damages, or issues promptly

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or construction) preferred but not required — training provided Reliable transportation to and from job sites (commuting required) Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day Dependable, honest, and takes pride in their work
