We have a 22-step deep cleaning process along with other SOPs that you will be trained for during the training process.

Key Responsibilities:

Deep cleaning of recurring, first time, move-in and move-out cleans. Refill cleaning supplies and prepare cleaning buckets at the end of each day. Drive company vehicle to client's houses, offices based on the daily route list. Laundry and folding after last clean every Friday. Quality check of the cleaning of your team. Follow company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of residential deep cleaning experience Bilingual (English and Spanish) Valid Driver's License Good communication skills Reliable, Punctual and willing to grow Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

$3,000 base salary per month + tips from the clients (Work Monday trough Friday between 30 to 40 hours depending on the week) 1% ownership in the business given after 12 months. Additional 1% ownership provided every 12 months up till 10% ownership in the firm. Friendly working environment Training provided for the company
