Focus on services such as fire alarm monitoring, elevator cellular services, fire sprinkler inspections, extinguisher inspections, emergency lighting inspections, backflow testing, fire pump testing, hydrant inspections, standpipe inspections, and maintenance contracts. Help customers understand what is required, what is optional, what is excluded, and what may depend on AHJ review or field conditions.
