Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to ensure safety and security protocols are followed. Manage access control by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors; authorize entry as appropriate. Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies. Handle conflict management situations professionally, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring law enforcement intervention or emergency services. Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred. Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism. Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on de-escalation strategies. Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and legal regulations related to security operations. Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; capable of responding quickly during emergencies.
