We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security personnel and client operations across multiple locations. In this role, you will lead a team of security professionals, build strong client relationships, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. What You'll Do Lead and manage security operations across multiple sites. Recruit, train, coach, and develop security personnel. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct site inspections and operational audits. Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Manage scheduling, staffing, payroll review, and labor budgets. Respond to incidents and provide operational leadership during emergencies. What We're Looking For 5+ years of security industry experience. 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
