Manage incident reporting processes by documenting security breaches or safety concerns accurately through detailed report writing. Ensure all security activities adhere to legal regulations and internal compliance standards while fostering a culture of safety awareness. Experience Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles with a strong background in operational management. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, conflict resolution, and staff development within a high-security environment. Knowledge of security systems including access control systems, surveillance technology, and alarm systems. Familiarity with emergency response procedures such as first aid and CPR certifications; military experience is highly valued. Excellent written communication skills for report writing and policy documentation; ability to perform background checks effectively.
