In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of physical and operational security, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. Your leadership will foster a secure environment by implementing comprehensive security protocols, managing security teams, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Duties Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Lead and manage security teams, including training staff in emergency response, conflict management, customer service, and surveillance techniques. Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other electronic security measures. Perform regular physical security assessments; oversee CCTV monitoring, perimeter patrols, fence checks, and heavy lifting tasks to maintain a secure environment. Manage incident reporting processes by documenting security breaches or safety concerns accurately through detailed report writing. Ensure all security activities adhere to legal regulations and internal compliance standards while fostering a culture of safety awareness. Experience Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles with a strong background in operational management. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, conflict resolution, and staff development within a high-security environment. Knowledge of security systems including access control systems, surveillance technology, and alarm systems. Familiarity with emergency response procedures such as first aid and CPR certifications; military experience is highly valued. Excellent written communication skills for report writing and policy documentation; ability to perform background checks effectively.
