MSP Operations Manager The MSP Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Mobility department, which operates as a Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering mobile device lifecycle services for enterprise customers. This role directly supervises a team of technicians and is responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational efficiency within a warehouse and logistics-driven environment.

Paid-time Off General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations, including device provisioning, deployments, repairs, RMAs, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and asset decommissioning. Manage, coach, and develop a team of technicians, promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that supports employee morale and performance. Oversee workforce management, including employee scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, overtime, time-off requests, and productivity monitoring. Oversee repair and RMA processes, including diagnostics, vendor coordination, warranty claims, and turnaround-time performance, ensuring work is completed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate records and asset tracking throughout the device lifecycle in inventory management and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and carrier coordination. Conduct employee onboarding, training, and cross-training activities. Support the development and refinement of device provisioning processes and MDM configurations in accordance with customer requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree in business administration, operational management, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in device deployment, logistics, asset management, repair operations, or a related technical environment. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff development. Experience with shipping and receiving processes. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems. Working knowledge of MDM systems and related processes. Pass a 10 year history with most recent 5 years verified.
