POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee all security operations under our contract. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring security personnel perform effectively while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and contract-specific security requirements. This Site Manager is not just a job it is a commitment to excellence, leadership, and the well-being of the officers under your command. Successful candidates will be fair yet firm, lead by example, and prioritize officer retention, morale, and professional development. This role demands passion, dedication, and a strong work ethic far beyond a typical 9-to-5 position. $123,111.78RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and supervision to the security force. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and contract-specific security standards at all times. Coordinate tasks and operations with government Operational Security staff. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork within the security force. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to enhance performance and efficiency. Prioritize officer retention and morale by ensuring personnel feel valued, respected, and supported. Conduct investigations into security incidents and breaches, implementing corrective actions as necessary.OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT
Monitor and manage security budgets while ensuring operational efficiency. Plan and coordinate security operations for events, VIP visits, and emergency situations. Lead by example by being present, engaged, and hands-on in day-to-day security operations. Oversee site-specific training to ensure officers fully understand their roles, responsibilities, and assigned equipment. Ensure all security personnel comply with Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Maintain situational awareness of security threats and ensure officers are adequately prepared for emergency responses.REPORTING & COMPLIANCE
Generate and present security reports, risk assessments, and incident reports to management. Analyze security trends and propose improvements, including new technology implementations. Attend management meetings to discuss operational needs, challenges, and strategic planning. Business work hours are 24/7 and weekend availability is required. Work is typically based in a busy environment and subject to frequent interruptions.QUALIFICATIONS
Security Clearance Required:
ActiveTS-SCI-CI
Poly. Associate's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in law enforcement, security, or military service. At least three (3) years of experience managing security or guard force operations for a government or commercial facility. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based systems and applications (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A deep commitment to officer retention, site morale, and fair leadership while ensuring high professional standards. Willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, understanding that this role requires full dedication, not just a 9-to-5 mindset. Experience in Human Resources, including hiring, training, and personnel management. Knowledge of emergency response planning and crisis management.
