Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:

Have a valid California Guard Card Have a valid California Driver's License Have a reliable vehicle Have a completed High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Be available to work swing and/or graveyard shifts Have weekend availability Be comfortable working a part-time flex schedule Be willing and able to work at various assigned locations within approximately 25 miles Be able to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening Communicate effectively and professionally Be able to stand and walk for extended periods 1-2 years of security experience is preferred, but not required. What You'll Do As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment at assigned locations.

Responsibilities may include:

Maintain a professional and visible security presence Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols Monitor assigned facilities, property, entrances, and surrounding areas Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns Monitor and control access as assigned Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance Follow established post orders and security procedures Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports Communicate security concerns to appropriate personnel Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and others Respond appropriately during emergency situations Maintain professional appearance and conduct throughout the assigned shift What We're Looking For Successful candidates will demonstrate: Dependability and flexibility Strong situational awareness Professional communication and customer service skills Good judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to remain calm and professional during security incidents Willingness to work varying assignments and locations as operational needs change Ability to follow established procedures and direction Previous security experience is a plus, but candidates who meet the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.
