Costa Mesa Company Summary:
Allied Nationwide Security is a private security guard company in Los Angeles that has been an industry leader since 2003. We provide custom security services that help protect people, property, and assets. Our security personnel undergo ongoing training, background checks, criminal background records, fingerprint checks, and, most of all, they have a passion for customer service. Patrol industrial and commercial premises via food and/or vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons. Monitoring among residents, visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Warm persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Valid Guard Card issued by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (Required). Relevant security or military or customer services experience. Driver's License or State ID (Required) A GED or High School Diploma. Skill in problem-solving, human interaction, and conflict management. Effective skills in oral and written communication. Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personal and the public.
