Verify IDs and enforce age requirements. Monitor the property and seating areas. Respond to incidents and guest concerns. De-escalate conflicts when necessary. Complete incident reports and daily logs. Work closely with management and staff. Help maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Qualifications Security or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Professional appearance and sound judgment. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
