We are currently seeking a dependable, professional Security Officer for a retail location in Garden Grove . This is not a loss prevention position. The primary responsibilities are providing a professional security presence, delivering excellent customer service, and observing and reporting any unusual activity.Schedule:
Thursday- Tuesday (
Days Off:
Wednesday) 4:00 PM- 10:00 PM Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and employees
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
- Communicate with supervisors regarding incidents or concerns
- Follow all company and client policies and procedures Minimum Qualifications
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
