As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology and media location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and guests. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide outstanding customer service while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and production personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology and media location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, studios, common areas, parking facilities, and the business perimeter. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least one year of security-related experience. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
