Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential threats are promptly addressed. Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises. Respond to alarms and emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks or hazards. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports on incidents or breaches. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or fraud attempts and taking appropriate action. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. CA BSIS Guard Card CA BSIS Open Carry Permit Clean Driving Record Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills.
