Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Marina Del Rey, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and staff. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, helping to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and policy violations. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation regarding incidents, patrols, and unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. A guard card/license is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
