) Requirements Current CA Guard Card. Current Firearms Permit (If applying for Armed Position) Weekend, Holiday and alternative shift availability needed. Interviewing and hiring for immediate openings. Excellent attendance required. Reliable transportation and communication required. Excellent customer service skills. High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to operate cell phone, and cell phone applications. Ability to read and write in a logical and articulate manner. Valid Driver License and excellent driving record required for patrol officers. Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time. Ability to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain. Ability to conduct initial criminal and policy violation investigations and involve law enforcement or management as needed.
