In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and rapid response to incidents. Your expertise in law enforcement principles, CCTV monitoring, and loss prevention will be essential to safeguarding our facilities. This position offers an opportunity to serve with professionalism and integrity while contributing to a safe and secure community. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential threats Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior in real-time Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Enforce security protocols by verifying identification, inspecting bags or packages, and controlling access points Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions effectively Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until medical professionals arrive Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports and logs for future reference and investigations Skills Strong knowledge of law enforcement practices and security procedures Proficiency in surveillance technology including CCTV systems and other monitoring tools Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure First aid and CPR certification to respond effectively during medical emergencies Experience or background in military or security services is highly desirable Ability to handle loss prevention strategies proactively and ethically Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public You must have a clean driving record in order to drive with our company.
