Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and safety concerns. Conduct proactive foot patrols throughout the shopping center. Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and security concerns. Enforce company policies, client rules, and property regulations. Control access to restricted areas and verify authorized personnel. Assist with emergency response, evacuations, and incident management. Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS when appropriate. Complete accurate and detailed incident, activity, and daily reports. Protect property by helping prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity. Work closely with property management, retailers, vendors, and first responders. Notify supervisors of situations requiring additional guidance or resources. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Successful candidates will possess:

Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Valid California Driver's License. California BSIS Guard Card (or ability to obtain one before employment). Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening. Professional, clean-cut appearance. Remain free from illegal drug use. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
