Correctional Healthcare Minimum Requirements Current, valid, and unrestricted state license, certification, and/or credential required for the applicable LMHP role High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field preferred but not required 1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred Correctional healthcare or similar structured healthcare environment experience preferred Experience providing direct patient care or administrative support in a regulated environment preferred Understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to correctional settings is an advantage Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate documentation Ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, structured environment Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills Why Work with Us White Glove Placement isn't your average agency—we're a team built for today's nurses.
