Job description: Triton Global Services is seeking a Tier 1 Security Specialist to provide professional, uniformed security services. This role requires a strong customer service mindset while ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

$19.00 Minimum Requirements California Guard Card issued by BSIS Minimum 2 years of security experience High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Customer service experience: 1 year Security experience: 2 year Valid Driver's License Primary Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Remain alert, vigilant, and responsive to security incidents Observe, report, and document incidents accurately Maintain electronic logs per company policy Deter theft and unauthorized activity through visible security presence Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols Call for assistance when necessary to mitigate security risks Required Skills & Competencies Strong customer service skills Must be able to communicate effectively Ability to demonstrate leadership and authority in security situations Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Ability to learn and operate multiple evolving technology-based applications Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, walking, and patrolling Ability to climb stairs Capability to work in various indoor AND outdoor retail environments Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
