Job Description

ANDREWS AUTOMOTIVE
FAMILY OWNED & FAMILY OPERATED
Are You Ready to Join the Elite Team? Are you an awesome Automotive Technician who takes pride in your work, loves solving problems, and wants to be part of something bigger than just a job? Andrews Automotive is looking for a skilled, motivated technician to join our Automotive Elite Team! We are a family-owned and family-operated business that believes in treating our employees like family, taking pride in our work, taking care of our customers, and building a team where everyone has the opportunity to grow. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, not simply punch a clock. As an Automotive Technician at Andrews Automotive, you will play an important role in keeping our customers safe and their vehicles reliable by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles and systems. You will have the opportunity to work with modern automotive technology, advanced diagnostic equipment, and challenging repairs while being supported by a team that values training, teamwork, quality, and personal growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform complete vehicle diagnostics and repairs, including powertrain, electrical, suspension, steering, braking, and transmission systems. Use professional diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools, and read and interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to accurately troubleshoot electrical concerns. Perform routine maintenance such as oil services, brake inspections, alignments, and suspension repairs, along with advanced work involving ADAS systems, transmission repairs, diesel engines, and GM vehicles when applicable. Repair vehicles correctly, efficiently, and safely while returning them to manufacturer specifications.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has proven experience in an automotive dealership or repair shop and a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Experience with electrical systems, wiring diagrams, powertrain, suspension, alignments, transmissions, and advanced vehicle technology is highly valued. ADAS knowledge and calibration experience is a plus, as is experience working with diesel engines or GM vehicles, but these are not required. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a strong mechanical mindset, pays attention to detail, takes pride in their workmanship, and understands that great automotive service is about more than fixing cars—it is about taking care of people.
GROW WITH US
At Andrews Automotive, we believe that good technicians can be trained, but great technicians have the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to improve. We are committed to helping our team members continue to grow through ongoing training and exposure to the latest automotive technologies. If you are dependable, motivated, passionate about the automotive industry, and looking for a place where your skills and contributions are genuinely valued, we would love to meet you.
JOIN THE ELITE TEAM.
Bring your skills. Bring your work ethic. Bring your passion for cars. We'll help you grow.
