REQUIREMENTS
Eligible candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: Minimum 25 years of age and have 0 points on DMV report for the last 5 years Valid CA Driver License Active CA Guard Card 5 Years Security Officer Experience Valid work authorization: Valid CADL, Social Security Card (or birth certificate), or Passport The most competitive Candidates will also possess the following skills and experiance: 2 Years or more as a Post Commander, Field Supervisor, or Account Manager 2 Years or more conducting security patrols for multiple accounts Experience interacting with clients, assessing job site needs, and troubleshooting discrepancies Experience with Guard Tour Applications (Silver Trac, Securitas Vision, TrackTik, etc)

K Field Supervisor Job Summary:
Supervises multiple guards and locations. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. Coaches, trains and counsel's personnel. Carries out administrative procedures as required by Barrys Security Management. Responds to incidents and may provide service coverage as needed. Field Supervisor is responsible for providing listed duties include, but are not limited to:
▪ Supervise Security Officers as assigned; ensure that personal deliver high quality of service; evaluates service quality and initiates ant necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
▪ Perform inspections to ensure post orders are being followed
▪ Complete training and coaching for all new security officers
▪ Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures
▪ Carry out administrative procedures as required by Barry's Security
▪ Vehicle patrol of exterior areas of assigned locations as needed
▪ Foot patrol of interior/exterior areas of assigned locations as needed Position Requirements Qualified Field Supervisor applicants will meet the following criteria:

▪ When performing functions, duties or tasks, employee is required to know and follow safe work practices. Must be aware of company policies and regulations. Required to notify superiors upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.
▪ All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures employee is required to request clarification or explanation from superiors or management immediately.
▪ Must possess a valid Guard License or have applied and subsequently be issued such a license prior to employment. As a condition of continued employment, employee must always maintain current active status of BSIS Guard License and must always carry the license while on duty
▪ Maintain a positive and professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Actions ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
▪ Inspect client sites as assigned to ensure adequate coverage and follows post orders. Visit client representatives to ensure they remain satisfied with services provided.
▪Meet with Branch management and/or client representatives for status updates. Address any actual or potential problems with client.
▪ Provide support during client start-ups including input to security planning.
▪ Review client and company required reports for accuracy and timeliness.
▪ Review post orders and communicate requirements and changes to affected personnel.
▪ Participates in and coordinates with branch management the orientation, training, development, and retention of high caliber staff; ensures that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
▪ Coaches' employees and carries out disciplinary actions, as necessary. Refer problematic issues to management.
▪Meet with management and other field supervisors to discuss customer service, initiatives, personnel matters, and related issues.
▪ Must be minimum 25 years of age and have 0 points on DMV report for the last 5 years
▪ High school diploma or equivalent required
▪ Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment.
