Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Pay Rate:
$18.00/hr, paid weekly This is a Foot Patrol Posting Candidates must be able to perform a foot patrol for the duration of their shift.Schedule:
Monday-5:30P-12:30A Tuesday-5:30P-12:30A Wednesday- OFF Thursday
- OFF Friday
- OFF Saturday-7A-3:30P Sunday
- 7A-3:30
P Week Total:
29 Hours per week (Two 10-minute paid rest breaks; one 30-minute unpaid meal break) Duties Monitor premises through regular patrols . Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent disturbances. Conduct thorough inspections of property to identify potential security risks or breaches.. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports of incidents. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities and taking appropriate measures. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Qualifications Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Familiarity with conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies. Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively. Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling emergencies or conflicts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Hard Requirements:
