We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security person with a Guard Card qualification to join our team. As Security personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our bar patrons and staff. If you have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Verify IDs for legal age
• Refuse entry for intoxicated persons
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the security of the premises
• Enforce rules and regulations of our establishment; resolve conflicts as they occur
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Escort aggressive/ disobedient patrons out of the building in a trained and professional manner
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:

• Have valid/up to date Guard Card certification
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Prior experience in loss prevention or law enforcement is a plus, but not required.
