Position:

We are seeking a highly reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for patrolling and securing assigned premises, identifying potential risks, and ensuring a safe environment for staff, patrons, and property. Competitive starting pay is offered and is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises, access points, and entryways to prevent theft, disturbances, and rule violations Conduct thorough inspections of doors, windows, gates, and other access points to ensure proper function and security Enforce property rules and regulations; issue warnings to violators as appropriate Respond to and manage suspicious or criminal activity, including apprehension or removal of individuals when necessary Identify and report facility hazards such as fire risks, leaks, or unsafe conditions Request emergency personnel for high‑risk or escalating situations Prepare clear, accurate, and timely written safety and security reports Qualifications Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred, but not required Working knowledge of security equipment, including computers, cameras, and CCTV systems Ability to perform physical duties and remain alert for extended periods Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Professional verbal and written communication skills with customers, supervisors, and security staff Current BSIS Guard Card required.
