ABOUT THE ROLE
Calidad Services is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for a residential HOA patrol position in North Stockton. This is a day shift, Monday through Friday role focused on visible deterrence, routine patrol execution, and professional on-site presence for a residential community. You'll be the face of security at this site — running patrol routes, documenting activity in TrackTik, and escalating incidents through our SOC. If you take pride in showing up on time, running a clean post, and keeping residents feeling safe, we want to hear from you.SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Par-time. 4 days a week. 1600-midnight. 32 hours scheduled. 30 paid. Uniform provided Paid training for new hiresWHAT YOU'LL DO
Patrol & Site Coverage Execute interior and exterior patrol routes at required intervals per post orders Verify checkpoints and complete GPS-tracked tour confirmations via mobile patrol app Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter unauthorized activity Observe for hazards, unsecured access points, suspicious activity, or policy violations Access Control & Resident Interaction Monitor resident, visitor, and contractor access per site procedures Apply deterrence and notification procedures within your unarmed authority Respond to resident concerns in a calm, factual, and professional manner Incident Response & Escalation Identify and escalate incidents to SOC using correct thresholds and timelines Respond professionally within your training limitations and unarmed authority Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when authorized Documentation & Reporting Complete a Daily Activity Report (DAR) every shift in TrackTik — no exceptions Log patrol completions, observations, and incidents immediately and accurately Conduct shift handoff with clear written notes for the relieving officer Submit incident reports with full narrative and timeline detailWHAT YOU'LL NEED
Active BSIS Guard Card (required before first day — no exceptions) Reliable — on time, every shift Clear communicator, comfortable interacting with residents professionally Able to walk patrol routes for extended periods in varying weather conditions Comfortable logging in TrackTik or a similar patrol/reporting appNICE TO HAVE
Prior experience at an HOA, apartment complex, or residential patrol site CPR / First Aid certification Bilingual English/Spanish Familiarity with TrackTik or similar patrol management softwarePay:
