Aurora, CO Job Details Part-time $20 - $23 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications English High school diploma or GED Driver's License Cultural competency Full Job Description Overnight Security Patrol Driver JCJ National Security $20.00-$23.00 per hour | Overnight Shifts JCJ National Security is hiring Overnight Security Patrol Drivers to provide professional security patrol and mobile response services throughout assigned locations. This is an active position that requires driving a company patrol vehicle and conducting frequent building and property walks. Candidates should expect to walk approximately 10,000 steps per shift. Available Shifts 8:00 PM 2:00 AM 12:00 AM 8:00 AM Responsibilities Operate a company patrol vehicle between assigned locations. Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols. Walk assigned buildings and properties to identify security concerns. Check doors, gates, access points, and other designated areas. Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, damage, or unauthorized access. Respond to security incidents and alarms as directed. Communicate professionally with clients, employees, law enforcement, and the public. Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports. Follow company policies, post orders, and safety procedures. Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean and professional condition. Requirements Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Valid Colorado Driver's License. Clean driving record for the past 35 years. Must be able to obtain a Denver Security Guard License. Ability to pass a background check and drivingrecord review. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Ability to walk approximately 10,000 steps per shift. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Reliable, professional, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work in culturally diverse settings. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Preferred Experience Prior law enforcement and military/veteran experience are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with backgrounds in security, law enforcement, corrections, military service, public safety, loss prevention, or emergency response are encouraged to apply.
