Key Responsibilities Lead and coach new officers through structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) Train officers on post orders, security procedures, communication, report writing, emergency response, and de-escalation techniques Provide refresher and recertification training such as CPI, Safety Care, MOAB, Taser, and CPR Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance team skills Maintain accurate training documentation and communicate progress to leadership Identify training needs and help improve OJT processes and materials Serve as a positive role model for professionalism, safety, and healthcare security standards Essential Qualifications 6-12 months of successful healthcare security experience or equivalent Strong knowledge of SOPs, post orders, and incident response Excellent communication, de-escalation, report writing, and emergency response skills Proven record of reliable attendance, strong conduct, and high performance Ability to coach, mentor, and communicate effectively Calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations Current CPI, Safety Care, MOAB, or similar de-escalation training Previous training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred Why Apply?
