In this role, you will provide security services to hospital personnel, vendors, patients, and visitors while maintaining a safe and secure healthcare environment. You will respond to emergencies, de-escalate challenging situations, and carry a TASER (CEW) in accordance with company policy and training. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct interior and exterior security patrols. Screen and direct visitors, enforce hospital guidelines, and control access. Monitor CCTV systems and respond to emergencies and calls for service. Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques to manage disruptive or aggressive individuals. Carry and maintain certification for a TASER (CEW) and use it only in accordance with company policy and training. Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports. Escort personnel, visitors, and patients while providing exceptional customer service.
