This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your law enforcement background, military experience, or security training to maintain a safe and secure environment. You will be responsible for monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting patrols, managing access control, and responding swiftly to emergencies. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will be vital in ensuring the protection of everyone on-site. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks or breaches. Operate access control systems to verify identities and regulate entry for authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors. Monitor surveillance cameras continuously to detect suspicious activity or security violations. Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security threats, following established protocols. Perform detailed incident report writing to document any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences accurately. Handle firearm and Taser operations responsibly in accordance with legal regulations and company policies. Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external intervention. Experience Proven experience in security roles, military service, or law enforcement with a focus on physical security and emergency response procedures. Knowledge of surveillance technology, access control systems, and incident report writing standards. Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and fire safety is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for emergency situations or equipment movement. Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills to handle tense situations professionally and effectively. Familiarity with compliance standards related to security regulations and performing background checks when required. Excellent customer service skills combined with a vigilant attitude towards maintaining a safe environment for all stakeholders.
