Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Officer and Security Supervisor to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. Shifts available:

1 FT Overnight shift at $15.76/ hr 2300-0700 (Tuesday-Saturday) 1 FT Supervisor at $17.45/hr 0700-1500 (Wednesday-Sunday) Responsibilities Monitor the mall and conduct regular patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Walking approximately 5-10k steps per shift. Opening/closing of mall entrances and corridors each day. Utilizing two way radio effectively to communicate. Control access points by verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond swiftly to emergencies, including medical incidents or security threats, by administering first aid or CPR when necessary. Enforce safety protocols and conduct patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes effectively. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external intervention. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience in security roles or military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Valid Driver's license (Supervisor) Valid certifications in first aid and CPR is a plus. Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and effectively under pressure. Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and legal regulations relevant to security operations. Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities. Physical fitness to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts.
