Employment Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Unarmed Security Guard to manage the front desk security operations for a well-established manufacturing facility in Davie, FL. This role is heavily focused on access control, badge management, and monitoring security systems.

Shift:

3rd shift ( 9:30pm to 5:15am )

Pay:

$19.44hr Key Responsibilities Manage front desk security operations and act as the first point of contact Check employees, visitors, and vendors in and out of the facility Issue and track visitor badges and employee access credentials Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and report any suspicious activity Maintain accurate visitor logs and access records Enforce company access control procedures and policies Provide a professional and welcoming presence while maintaining security standards Respond to and report incidents, safety concerns, or irregularities Communicate effectively with management and staff Requirements Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) - required Valid Florida Class D Security License (Unarmed) Minimum 1-2 years of security front desk experience High School Diploma or GED Must pass background check and drug screening Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills for logging and monitoring systems Work Environment Front desk / lobby setting within a manufacturing facility Primarily indoor role with extended periods of sitting and monitoring screens Interaction with employees, visitors, and vendors throughout the shift Ideal Candidate Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with camera monitoring and access control systems Reliable and punctual with a security-minded mindset Seeking a stable, long-term opportunity #IND3 #ZR
