SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

Fort Lauderdale, FL | $23.50/hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM 45 Hours/Week We are seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a professional manufacturing facility in Fort Lauderdale. This position provides hands-on supervision of security personnel while helping maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Security experience required Security supervisory experience required Valid Florida Security D License required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must successfully pass MVR clearance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable attendance and ability to effectively manage daily security operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and support security officers assigned to the site Help ensure proper post coverage and adherence to schedules Conduct site inspections and monitor security operations Provide guidance and direction to security personnel Respond appropriately to incidents and security concerns Maintain required reports, logs, and documentation Communicate effectively with site management and security leadership Help ensure company and client policies and procedures are consistently followed Support training, coaching, and performance expectations for assigned officers

Pay:

$23.50/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00

PM Hours:

45 hours per week
