This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, maintaining professional interactions with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
