Job Summary Unsullied Security Defense Agency is currently seeking licensed, experienced, and dependable Armed and Unarmed Security Officers for part-time, on-call retail security assignments throughout the Greater Orlando area. The majority of available assignments will consist of overnight security coverage at retail locations undergoing renovations or construction work. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a professional security presence while third-party contractors perform work inside the assigned location. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals seeking additional part-time hours, overnight work, or flexible on-call assignments. Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at assigned retail locations
• Monitor contractors, vendors, and authorized personnel entering and exiting the property
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, property damage, or unauthorized access
• Help prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security-related incidents
• Conduct routine patrols of the assigned interior and/or exterior areas when required
• Maintain awareness of activity occurring throughout the duration of the shift
• Immediately report incidents or unusual activity to management when necessary
• Complete required security reports and documentation
• Follow all client-site instructions, company policies, and post orders
• Remain alert, professional, and attentive throughout overnight assignments Minimum Qualifications Candidates must:
• Possess a valid State of Florida Class D Security Officer License
• Armed applicants must also possess a valid State of Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License
• Have previous professional security experience
• Have reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
• Be dependable, punctual, and able to accept on-call assignments
• Be comfortable working overnight shifts
• Be able to work independently with limited direct supervision
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness and professional judgment
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Be able to stand and/or patrol for extended periods of time

Uniform & Equipment:

Unsullied Security Defense Agency will provide the required company polo shirt. Officers are responsible for providing their own:

• Appropriate black pants
• Professional black footwear
• Black belt
• Flashlight and other basic duty equipment
• Any additional equipment required for the assignment Armed officers must provide and maintain all legally required firearm-related equipment and licensing.

Schedule This is an on-call, part-time position and hours are not guaranteed. The majority of available assignments are expected to occur during overnight hours while third-party contractors complete renovations at retail stores. Candidates should have flexibility and be available for occasional short-notice assignments.

Pay:
