We are seeking an Executive Protection Agent & Security Driver to provide highly professional, discreet, and secure transportation and protective services for a private principal and family while in residence. This role requires a proven background in executive protection and security driving at the highest level, ensuring safety, privacy, and efficiencyin all movements and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure Transportation:

Provide safe, precise, and discreet transportation for the principal and family. Conduct detailed route planning, adjusting in real time based on traffic, security risks, and logistics. Utilize advanced defensive and evasive driving techniques when necessary. Ensure all assigned vehicles are maintained, fueled, and fully operational at all times. Coordinate with household security teams to ensure a seamless schedule.

Executive Protection & Security:

Maintain constant situational awareness and proactively mitigate risks. Provide low-profile, close protection during all movements, including public and private engagements. Conduct pre-arrival security sweeps of vehicles, locations, and venues. Enforce strict access control measures at the residence and while traveling. Work closely with security personnel, law enforcement, and household staff to maintain a discreet but effective protective presence.

Professionalism & Discretion:

Uphold absolute confidentiality regarding the principal's movements and personal matters. Maintain impeccable professionalism and decorum in all interactions. Respond immediately and effectively to security concerns, emergencies, or unforeseen situations. Adapt to schedule changes and remain flexible for evolving security needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in executive protection, security driving, law enforcement, or military service. Proven history of operating in high-level security environments with

HNW/UHNW

clients.

Training & Certifications:

Advanced Defensive/Protective Driving Experience and/or Certification (e.g., EVOC, Tony Scotti's VDI, BSR, or equivalent). Executive Protection Experience and/or Certification (e.g., ESI, R.L. Oatman & Associates, or equivalent). Firearms proficiency and tactical training. Advanced Medical Training (TCCC, CPR/AED, First Responder Certification preferred).

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Expert-level driving skills, including high-performance and luxury vehicles. Strong risk assessment and surveillance detection capabilities. Sound judgment and decision-making under pressure. Ability to integrate seamlessly into a private household environment. Exceptional physical and mental resilience in high-stakes scenarios.

Additional Requirements:

Flawless driving record and valid driver's license. Ability to pass extensive multi-agency background checks and ongoing security clearances. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Open to travel and potential full-time placement based on performance. (Not required)
