SECURITY GATEHOUSE OFFICER

Punta Gorda, FL | Very Part-Time Saturday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $19.05/hour We are seeking a professional Security Gatehouse Officer to provide security services at a private community in Punta Gorda. This position is stationed at the gatehouse and is responsible for monitoring access, assisting residents and guests, and maintaining a professional security presence.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior security experience preferred Valid Florida Security D License required Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to remain attentive while working independently Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff the community gatehouse and monitor incoming and outgoing traffic Verify access for residents, guests, vendors, and other authorized visitors Follow community access and security procedures Monitor and report suspicious or unusual activity Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guests Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents Follow all company and client policies and procedures
