Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Access Control Officer to join our team on a night shift schedule, working Saturday through Wednesday from 11 PM to 7 AM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing access points, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the safety of premises during overnight hours. Your dedication will help uphold our reputation for dependable security services and protect valuable assets. Duties Authorize and verify entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at designated access points Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity around the facility Maintain detailed logs of all access activities, incidents, and security checks Respond promptly to security alerts or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary Perform routine inspections of access points, fences, and surrounding areas to ensure integrity Enforce security protocols and conflict management procedures to handle any disturbances effectively Keep accurate records of shift activities, incident reports, and surveillance footage Skills Strong knowledge of CCTV operations and surveillance techniques Experience in conflict management and law enforcement procedures Basic first aid and CPR certification for emergency response readiness Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices Ability to remain alert during overnight hours with excellent observational skills Background in military or law enforcement is a plus but not required Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and emergency services Join us in delivering dependable security solutions that make a difference!
