This position is responsible for controlling access to the community, monitoring activity at the gatehouse, and providing a courteous, professional presence for residents and visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused.

Pay Rate:

Starting at $15.00/hr , based on experience

Shift Hours:

All Shift Availability - Preference for Nights and Weekends Responsibilities Control and monitor access at the residential gatehouse Verify resident and visitor access in accordance with post orders Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity Conduct periodic patrols as required Complete daily activity logs and incident reports Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and SecurTec Operations Respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies Maintain a professional, alert, and courteous presence at all times Requirements Valid Florida Class D Security License (required) Reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods Residential, gatehouse, or customer-facing security experience preferred (not required) Why Work with SecurTec?
