Support the sales team in customer communication, requirement analysis, product introduction, solution recommendation, and technical presentations. 2. Provide pre-sales support for physical security and access control products, including access control controllers, standalone terminals, readers, intercom devices and related solutions. 3. Support OEM/ODM customers and special projects by analyzing technical requirements, coordinating product selection, and assisting with customized solution proposals. 4. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, technical training, and pre-sales support for customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams. 5. Provide technical support for product installation, configuration, troubleshooting, software/firmware usage, and system integration; coordinate with technical or R D teams to resolve complex issues. 6. Collect customer feedback, market requirements, and product improvement suggestions; support product optimization, customization, localization, and new product launch preparation. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered. 2. 1+ year of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical support, product specialist, solution sales, project support, or related roles. 3. Experience with access control systems, controllers, standalone terminals, readers, intercom devices, physical security hardware is preferred. 4. Experience supporting OEM/ODM customers, customized product requirements, system integration, or special project solutions is preferred. 5. Strong hands-on technical ability, communication, presentation, technical learning, and problem-solving skills; able to explain technical products clearly and support setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. 6.Fluent written and verbal English and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
