Unarmed Security Officer Job Overview:

Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time Security Officers in the Alpharetta area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This is a critical position meant to safeguard our clients and what they value the most.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property Monitoring operational procedures Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas Providing customer service for visitors, and/or guests Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational. Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 1 year of Access Control experience Minimum 1 year of Security Officer experience Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and outlook Works well under stress and makes sound decisions.
