Full-Time, Hourly Flash Security Integrators Inc. is expanding into Georgia's rapidly growing data center market and seeking experienced Lead and Senior Lead Low Voltage Security Technicians to oversee and execute mission‑critical security installations. These roles are responsible for delivering high‑quality, reliable security system deployments that protect people, property, and data across complex, high‑security environments. Role Summary As a Lead or Senior Lead Technician, you will guide field teams through the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of enterprise‑grade security systems. You will ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with Flash Security standards, data center requirements, and client expectations. Senior Leads will additionally manage workflow planning, coordinate with project managers, and serve as the primary technical authority on-site. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and commission electronic security systems including CCTV/IP video , access control , intrusion detection , and alarm systems . Lead and support field crews; assign daily tasks, verify workmanship, and maintain project pacing. Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks to ensure operational reliability. Diagnose system faults, perform repairs, replace defective components, and complete firmware/configuration updates.

Interpret and enforce technical documentation:

schematics, blueprints, riser diagrams, and installation standards . Provide professional, client-facing communication and basic system training when required.

Maintain accurate documentation:

daily reports, service logs, checklists, redlines, and job closeouts. Uphold strict safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and site-specific rules at all times. Mentor junior technicians and contribute to developing a high-performing, skilled team.

Senior Lead:

Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve field issues and maintain workflow continuity. Required Qualifications Proven hands-on experience installing and servicing electronic security systems. Strong technical knowledge of access control , CCTV/IP cameras , intrusion/alarm systems , and basic networking . OSHA 30 and Aerial Lift Certification required. Proficiency with multimeters, cable testers, power tools, terminations, and system testing. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and construction documents. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Experience Experience working in data centers or other mission-critical environments. Structured cabling and IP networking experience. Prior work with integrated Access Control, Burglar/Fire Alarm, and IP Camera systems. Manufacturer certifications (Lenel, CCure, Bosch, Axis, Honeywell, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead crews, train junior technicians, and maintain high workmanship standards.
