Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Access Checkpoint Full Time in Union City, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and screening activities. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and drivers while responding to alarms and reporting concerns. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, trailer yards, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials or visitor authorization as directed, and documenting arrivals and departures. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
