The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management, loss prevention, and surveillance. A strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures is essential. Responsibilities Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to prevent theft or vandalism. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary. Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches. Collaborate with law enforcement when required to ensure the safety of all personnel. Maintain knowledge of security protocols and stay updated on best practices in loss prevention. Experience Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies is a plus. Experience operating surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is beneficial. A background in military service may be advantageous for understanding security dynamics.
